Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. The product should include its original packaging when applicable, and you must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty, skincare, or personal care items that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with may not be accepted for return.

Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products cannot be returned:

2. Final sale or clearance items
3. Gift cards
4. Custom or personalized products
5. Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
6. Returns sent back without approval from our support team

Return Request Instructions

Before returning any product, please contact our support team with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your request.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by an error from Asterine Glow Studio, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Asterine Glow Studio is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please check your order shortly after delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos of the item, packaging, or shipping label to help us review the issue and offer a suitable solution.

Refunds

After your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from Asterine Glow Studio.

Exchanges and Cancellations

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like another item, please return the eligible product first and place a new order after your return is approved.

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow our standard return process.
